Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 2026
Welcome to PayMe. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Service Description
PayMe is a technology platform that provides payment link generation, API access, and transaction tracking tools exclusively for registered Paytm merchants. We act solely as a software provider.
Fund Settlement Notice: PayMe does not hold, process, or settle any funds. All customer payments are routed directly and settled into your connected Paytm merchant bank account. We have no control over the settlement timeline, which is governed entirely by Paytm's policies.
2. Merchant Responsibilities
- You must maintain a valid, active, and compliant Paytm merchant account.
- You are solely responsible for the goods or services you provide to your customers.
- You must ensure that all transactions comply with applicable laws and Paytm's terms of service.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use PayMe for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: selling prohibited items, money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or any activity that violates Indian law.
4. Limitation of Liability
PayMe is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including payment gateway downtime, settlement delays by Paytm, or loss of data.
Refund Policy
Last Updated: October 2026
Strict No-Refund Policy: All subscription fees paid to PayMe are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Subscription Fees
PayMe charges a flat subscription fee for access to our software features (API, Quick Links, Dashboard). Once a subscription is activated, the fee is non-refundable, even if you choose to stop using the service before the billing cycle ends.
2. Customer Payment Disputes
Since PayMe does not hold or process any money, we are not involved in refunds, chargebacks, or disputes between you and your customers. All refund requests from your customers must be handled directly by you through your Paytm merchant dashboard.
3. Service Termination
If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, any remaining subscription time will be forfeited without a refund.

1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you register.
